US Views on Israeli Settlements remain Unchanged

US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, emphasized on the US's stance on halting Israel from continuing building settlements in the West Bank as being 'unchanged'. Clinton met with foreign ministers in Marrakech – Morocco on Saturday, where she was scheduled to hold joint talks with Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Saud Al-Faisal, and Gulf Arab ministers and Egyptian officials, along with Jordan and Iraq attending the development conference.

However, Palestinians refused the offer, claiming that they were severely let down by Obama; thus, halting any further negotiations.
